If I were going to use your service, I&#039;d need testimonials, a dependability/ratings scale (similar to what&#039;s on Amazon when one buys books), and to feel that someone in the home office randomly ordered from and taste products from the sellers.  Perhaps you can have a platinum place for people whom your roving tasters guarantee. 
Also, you may want to add Southern food as a category - this could include Soul Food.  Caribbean Food would be another one.</description>
